3 Colours Rule are looking for a content executive in the hard growth phase of their career. Someone who is willing to be groomed towards being a content manager. This new member of their creative team is filling in an evolution for the copywriter, merged with responsibilities on managing socials. Someone with keen senses for tackling briefs and generating ideas that enable and encourage creativity and collaborations.
Someone who can see challenges as true creative opportunities. They need someone with a clear creative vision, a passion for writing effective copy, and commitment to deliver above and beyond just client requirements.
This role will be a key contributor to constantly level up the agency’s aesthetic and creative valuation.

What you'll be doing;
- Long-form content

- Industry-specific writing
- Short-form video scripting
Social media mastery:
- Templates management
- Post scheduling
- Insights gathering
- Conversation direction

- Tone of voice development and application
- Brand social guidelines development
Do I fit the bill? 🕵️
You aren’t expected to know all of these, but a genuine interest to learn and pursue multiple copy and social disciplines is a big bonus.
More importantly, they value true creative thinking, insight understanding, conceptual ideas, clear communication skills, collaborative spirit, and strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability.
Knowledge on copy and social software, apps, and technology is essential (Google Suite, Canva, MS Office, Keynote, etc.).
