The role

Welcome to the Wowcher Graduate Fast Track.

Wowcher are looking for ambitious graduates to join their team. You will be fast tracked through a department in the business, with the aim of reaching a management position within two years.

They are looking for graduates who can demonstrate:

  • A strong academic record
  • Prioritisation skills
  • Commercial aptitude
  • Clear communication

What will you do in your first year?

T1 (Sep – Dec):

You will join Wowcher in September, a month before peak trading begins in October. Your department will have targets for peak trading. You will be expected to quickly learn the ropes, start contributing and make a measurable impact on your department’s targets through the October-December trading period.

T2 (Jan – April):

Through T1 you will have learned what makes the Wowcher business tick, and what doesn’t. Through this quarter you will continue to deliver on your responsibilities from T1. You will also be expected to start working on forming a project that will deliver value through the next peak trading period. You will have two meetings with the CEO in this quarter. The first to present and develop your initial ideas, and a final presentation to the full Executive Team for project approval.

T3 (May-August):

You are now in delivery mode. Whilst you continue to contribute towards your team’s day-to-day performance, you are now working with other people around the business to execute on your project for peak. Your initiative needs to be fully rolled out before September to make sure it performs throughout our key trading period. You will have check ins, alongside the rest of your cohort, with the CEO to report on the performance and progress of your project.
